• Creating a customer account

    Each customer may only have one customer account on our millet.en site with a single e-mail address.

    Click on My account at the top right of the home page and click on Create an account in the right-hand section.

    You will receive a confirmation of your account registration by e-mail.

  • Forgotten password

    1. Go to My Account at the top right of the homepage.
    2. Click on I forgot my password in the left-hand box
    3. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided
    4. You will receive an e-mail within a few minutes with a link to create a new password. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder and add "customer-service@lafuma.com" to your address book.
    5. Click on this link, enter a new password and confirm it.
    6. You are now logged into your account with your new password.

  • Editing personal details

    In My account, under the My information menu option, you can edit information such as your name and e-mail address.

    You can also enter your mobile phone number here, so we can provide better support, as we can call you if needed.

    Once you have made the changes, click "Save" to confirm the updates.

  • Is my personal information kept confidential ?

    In accordance with article 43-10 of Law no. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986, this site has been registered with CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés). In accordance with the provisions of the French data protection act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete any personal data that concerns you. You may exercise this right by contacting MILLET S.A.S, 21, rue du Pré Faucon, 74940 Annecy le Vieux, France or by emailing customer-service@lafuma.com.

  • Delete my customer account

    In order to delete your account, simply contact us, via the online platform and the contact form on our support.

    Important : When we delete your account, we will no longer hold any information about your account and therefore will no longer hold any information about your loyalty points earned.
