European legislation is changing to make card payments more secure! For each order placed after September 14th, you will be asked to authenticate your payment via a secure 3D process. This will be customised based on the type of card you are paying with: Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or American Express SafeKey.
What do i need to do ?
If you haven't already done so, you will need to register your payment card for 3D Secure. Most banks usually offer an online registration facility. Check your bank's website for more information. If you have already registered for 3D Secure or have already used it, you don't need to register again.
However, your bank may have set up a new process to improve your payment experience. Some banks have a new smartphone app that is specifically designed for this purpose. Contact your bank for more information.
To make paying for your next order easy and secure, we strongly recommend that you set up 3D Secure before making your online purchase.
What's changing ?
You may have already been asked to authenticate yourself with 3D Secure when making online payments. However, the new rules introduce a new process that offers increased security and simpler authentication.

How can i get an invoice for my purchase ?
As soon as you place an order, an invoice is automatically created in your personal customer account. To access it, simply log in to your account and go to My orders section.
This section contains your entire order history on our site, as well as any returns you have made. On the right-hand side, you will find an invoice tab showing the invoices for each order chronologically in PDF format that you can download.
