• Cancelling an order

    Unfortunately, we cannot take action on an order that has already been placed. As soon as payment is received for an order, it enters the preparation stage.

    We therefore suggest that you return the product to us as soon as you receive it, if you don’t want it.

    As soon as our logistics department receives your return, a refund will be requested from our accounting department which will then be applied to your account within 3 working days.

     
  • Tracking a package

    When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that your package has been dispatched with a link to track its delivery. If you already have your order tracking number, go to the post office website (Standard Delivery), the Chronopost website (Express Delivery) or the DPD website (International) for real-time tracking :

    You can also track your order from My account :

    1. Login with your username and password.
    2. Click on My orders and choose the relevant order.
    3. Click on " Online delivery tracking" (top left) in the overview of items ordered.
    4. A new window will open to track your package, step by step.

    If your package is marked as delivered and you have not yet received it, we suggest you check your letter box. If you were out when delivery was attempted, the post office or carrier should have left a card.

     
  • Delivery options

    You can choose different delivery options at checkout to suit your requirements.
    For a standard delivery, shipping fees are 4€ and free starting from 50€ purchase to any country.
    In France, shipping charges are charged for express delivery. A fee of €6 is payable to receive your order within 48 hours providing the order is placed before 1pm that day.

    What are the delivery options ?

    ● Express 48H delivery in France.
    ● Standard delivery (3 - 4 working days).
    ● Collection point.
    ● In store.

    If it's not possible to deliver to your chosen store or post office, your package will be sent to the nearest store or post office. If this happens, the carrier responsible for delivering your parcel will let you know.
    Returns are free of charge in France.

     
  • Find a collection point

    As well as delivery to your home or workplace, Lafuma also offers other options to receive or return items within France. Delivery can also be made to post offices or a collection point. Read on to find out more.

    Delivery to a post office

    Would you prefer your order to be delivered to the post office near your home or workplace? No problem!

    ● Choose your preferred post office when you place your order.
    ● When your order arrives at your chosen post office, you will receive an automated email from Colissimo.
    ● You must take some ID with you and the tracking number in the email will speed things up.
    A person of your choosing can also pick up your parcel. To do this, he or she will have to go to the relevant post office with a written letter stating that you authorise him or her to collect your parcel, his or her ID and at least one piece of your ID.

    Good to know : Your package will be kept at the post office for 10 working days after delivery.

    Delivery to a collection point

    To find a collection point, go to your shopping basket and select delivery to a collection point. A new page will open with a map, simply enter your address or postcode to find a collection point near you.
    Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email and/or a text message when your parcel arrives at the collection point.
    Then go to the collection lockers. Touch the screen and select “Collect a parcel”. Enter the 4 digit ID codes and confirmation codes received by email and/or text message.

     
  • Ordering from abroad

    Lafuma has opened up new outlets year on year to enable it to offer its range of products throughout various countries in the European Union.
    Delivery is handled by our international service provider (DPD, Colissimo) with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

    Good to know : Lafuma does not trade in all EU countries but only in France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Spain, Italia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

    What happens if the delivery period is exceeded ? Is my parcel returned to the sender ? 

    After delivery to a collection point or to the post office, the 10 day period may be exceeded because you were unable to collect your parcel.
    The parcel is then automatically returned to the sender, in this case our warehouse in Valence, France.
    As soon as we receive it, we will contact you to find out what you want to do.

    ● We can send your order to the address of your choice.
    ● Or we can refund your order and keep the product if you no longer want it.

  • Why do we use plastic bags for orders instead of boxes?

    We know that some customers prefer to receive their orders in cardboard boxes rather than plastic bags.

    We have chosen to send orders in plastic bags, because in France many orders are delivered via a letterbox. To make this service possible, we use plastic bags while making sure that our packaged products remain intact.
