• No order confirmation email has been received

    The following checks should solve the problem :

    1. Check your "Junk Mail" folder
    2. Log in to My account and check the email address you provided to register on the Lafuma site.
    3. Check the My Orders section of your customer account to see if your order has been registered.

    If you still cannot find the confirmation e-mail and you do not have a payment confirmation e-mail, the order may not have been placed due to a connection problem. In this case, simply place your order again.
    In case you have made a payment without receiving a confirmation, please contact our customer service who will do their best to help you.

  • Items missing from the package

    For logistical reasons, your order may be delivered in several parcels.

    It is possible that when you placed your order, another customer may have ordered the same product at the same time. Should only one product be available, only one customer will be able to receive their complete order.
    We do restock regularly to cover any shortages. So once you receive part of your order, the second part should be with you soon. However, you should also be aware of the possibility that the product may no longer be available at all.

  • Reserve an item

    It is not possible to reserve an item.

    When you add an item to your basket or your favourites, it remains available for other customers to buy. The item may therefore be removed from your basket before you place your order.
    To make sure you get the item you want, we advise you to order it as soon as possible.

  • Products priced lower than on our website

    Occasionally, our customers may find a lower price for the same product on other platforms. There are different types of e-commerce sites, with different services.

    Our customer service department is staffed by experts who are passionate about outdoor activities and are therefore able to give you the best advice on Lafuma products. We will therefore not change our prices in response to this type of request.

  • Ordering by phone

    For security reasons, you can't place an order by calling our representatives.

    This is because our payment system is designed to ensure that the means of payment used really belongs to the cardholder.
    Our secure payment system also allows you to encrypt your bank details so that only our system has access to this information.
