• Return conditions

    You can return one or more unworn items (free of charge within France) within 30 days. They must be returned in their original packaging, with the tags attached and in perfect condition.

    You can try on items

    Items that have been tried on to check the size are not regarded as having been worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygiene reasons.

  • Return an item

    Would you like to make a return ? In France, this is easy and free.

    Please note that the costs for the return shipment from outside of France are borne by the customer. Go to My orders section by logging into My account.

    Select the option My returns for the desired order and fill out the return form. When this form has been completed, all you have to do is print out the free return slip and drop your parcel off at the post office.

    Prepare the parcel

    Put the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic wrap), then place it in a cardboard box along with the packaging slip or the confirmation e-mail of your order. Make sure to close the parcel correctly.

    Send the item back

    You can bring your package to any post office and then send it back to us with the transport company of your choice. If you are in France, you can drop your parcel off at any post office or, depending on the instructions received by e-mail and the carrier used, at a “point relais” pick-up point or you can send it from your letter box. Millet will pay for the shipping costs, so you don't have to pay anything: it's simple and free!

    Please be aware that you’ll have to pay the shipping fees for returning an item if you’re sending it back from outside of France. Always check the information sent by email after you have submitted your return request.

    We strongly recommend that you keep the receipt with the tracking number that has been stamped by the post office or signed by the carrier.
