• How to make a return without customer account (Guest mode)

    You may have placed an order without creating a customer account.

    In this case, you can use the following form:


    www.lafuma.com/chen/sales/guest/form (from Switzerland)

    We will first request your order number starting with C........... followed by 11 digits as well as your surname and the postcode or email used for billing.

    By clicking on Request a Return, you will be taken to the returns form. If you have more than one item to return, click on "Add an item", otherwise click on "Submit".

    Once your return has been authorized, you will receive return instructions by email.

    Can't access the form?

    Check that you have entered the last name and postcode exactly as it appears on your order confirmation, taking the billing address.


    Can't find the return instructions ?

     - Check the status of your return. To check whether your return request has been accepted, simply click  on the "Returns" tab that appears at the top of the screen and then on "View return"

    - Please note that the return label is only available in France. For other countries, please follow the instructions here to return your product.

    - Please note that in case of a defective product, our after-sales service will contact you to propose a suitable solution and an exchange will be proposed if possible.


  • Return conditions

    You can return one or more unworn items (free of charge within France) within 30 days. They must be returned in their original packaging, with the tags attached and in perfect condition.

    You can try on items

    Items that have been tried on to check the size are not regarded as having been worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygiene reasons.

  • Return instructions

    Here's the procedure to follow to make a return:


    1. Request a return


    Simply go to the My Orders section of your customer account. After clicking on the order, click on the Request a Return button.  
    Once the form has been filled in, a request for a return authorization will be sent to Customer Services.
    To check whether your returns request has been accepted, simply go to the My returns section, then click on View return→ and follow the instructions displayed.

    2. Prepare the parcel

    Put the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic packaging). Your item should still have the its original labels and must not have been worn.
    Please enclose a copy of your delivery note or return authorization email with the parcel.


    3. Returning the parcel

    The parcel must be returned at your expense to our warehouse address:

    Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. In the event of a damaged, worn or non-compliant item, Lafuma reserves the right to refuse the return.
    To facilitate the processing of your return, please enclose a copy of your Delivery Note with the package.
    After verification by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
